·       Definition of Inquiry Latter
Inquiry letter is a type of request letter or request for information about a product, service, job opening or other business information. In general, the general function of this letter is to respond to an advertisement from information sources such as newspapers, magazines or electronic media about a product / service when we are interested in the information obtained
Usually this letter is a first step to building a business or collaboration of two parties, namely the product / service provider and the buyer of the product / service.  In this letter, there are several things discussed by the service / product provider that are questions from the buyer in order to help the buyer itself to find out information about the product / service.
